HOTEL INFORMATION:

The American Radium Society has made special arrangements with the JW Marriott Cancun to offer attendees discounted rates on a first-come, first-serve basis. A credit card is required in order to guarantee your room. Reservations must be received by April 2, 2010 in order to receive the discount. Rooms may be available after this date, but not necessarily at the discounted rate. Cancellation of hotel reservations must be made 72 hours in advance of reservation date or one night’s room and tax will be charged to your credit card.

The standard ARS Group Rate is $219. Book your reservation early to receive a complimentary room upgrade (limited availability) and a 20% spa discount.

Residents will be offered a reduced rate of $189 on a first come, first served basis. There are a limited number of rooms at the resident rate, so please make your reservations early.

AIRPORT INFORMATION:
